• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) meat products according to established standards; cuts boneless meat products; maintains product quality standards.
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintains operational excellence; keeps work area compliant with company policies and procedures; ensures quality and date control standards for meat products; secures fragile/high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored per policy.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Advocates for the department and the club by valuing the member experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and information; seeks opportunities for improvement and adapts to change.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
