Essential Functions Statement(s)- Conduct investigations into safety incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Collect and analyze relevant data, including witness statements, documentation, and incident reports.
- Utilize investigative techniques to determine root causes and contributing factors.
- Assess potential safety risks and hazards across various organizational activities.
- Assist in risk assessment practices to identify and prioritize critical safety concerns.
- Collaborate across divisions to understand operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed and accurate investigative reports.
- Document findings, recommendations, and actions taken to address identified safety risks.
- Provide reports to Divisional leadership, conveying information in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor safety compliance through auditing practices
- Assist in identifying gaps in compliance and assist in development and implementation of corrective actions.
- Act as Manager On Duty (101)
- Ability to attend safety seminars, obtain certifications as assigned to the role
- Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner
- Satisfies Wild Adventures' standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time
- "Create Memories Worth Repeating" for our Guests by exceeding guest expectations

· Minimum Age and Availability - Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Must have availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
· Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak with Guest or Team Members of Wild Adventures. Basic written and clear verbal communication skills are required.
· Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
· Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the guests' needs while following company procedures.
