Supports production operations by setting up workstations with required products and packaging materials.

• Rotates through tasks such as operating bagger and debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines while monitoring barcoding systems, and overseeing tray packaging machines.
• Completes changeovers safely and efficiently.
• Visually monitors conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
• Performs quality inspections and verifies sample compliance with specifications.
• Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices and ensures compliance with food safety and quality system requirements.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace according to company policies and procedures.
• Communicates with departments, management, and associates, and promptly reports any issues or concerns that could hinder production efficiency.
• Applies a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Records production and/or quality data and uses it to support decision making.
• Works in a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, and mentors others.
• Executes business processes with integrity, respects Walmart’s values, and acts with humility, honesty, and transparency.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
