Responsibilities
- Ensure Operation meets company standards for quality, service, safety, and financial efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all park and department safety and operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all E&A standards and procedures
- Oversee completion of all department paperwork
- Supervise, Motivate, Train, and Develop employees
- Must be able and willing to ride attractions daily.
- Represent the company to guests and other team members in a positive & friendly manner.
- Satisfy Wild Adventures standards for performance and conduct. For example, report to work regularly and on time.
- “Create Memories Worth Repeating” for our Guests by exceeding expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
