Our CompanyRes Care Community Living, an affiliate of Bright Spring Health Services, has five decades of experience in the disability services field, providing support to individuals who need assistance with daily living due to intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disabilities. We provide a comprehensive range of high‑quality services, including community living, adult host homes, behavioral/mental health support, in‑home pharmacy solutions, telecare and remote support, supported employment and training programs, and day programs.
Responsibilities- Conduct training and development programs for employees and maintain documentation of training received
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the training activities of the assigned service site(s)
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
- At least one year of experience delivering various training topics to various audiences
- Some supervisory experience preferred
