Job SummaryGeorgia Gwinnett College is accepting applications for part-time faculty positions in French in the School of Liberal Arts for the academic year ). The posting will remain active for AY25-26 hiring (Fall, Spring, and Summer). Part-Time faculty positions are semester-based and report to the Department Chair. Courses may be conducted in face-to-face, online, hybrid, or blended formats. These positions are on an as-needed basis.
They require additional time outside of class to provide written feedback to students and to meet individually with students throughout the semester. Classes are offered in the Fall, Spring, and/or Summer semesters, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
A minimum of a master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 30 quarter hours) in the teaching discipline.
Preferred Qualifications- Terminal degree in the teaching discipline
- 1-year college-level teaching
- Sustained professional engagement that demonstrates relevance and currency in the field of teaching
