Position: Customer Service Representative (On-Site)

* The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.) This position will be available to start in May.

+ High School Diploma

+ 1 year customer service of experience preferred

+ Live within 40-Mile radius of our Valdosta site

+ Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

+ Strong PC knowlege and computer navigation skills

+ The ability to work various shifts as needed

+ The base salary range for this position is $17.00- $19.00/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
