Overview
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates occupational therapy services within the guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Provides services to inpatients, outpatients, swing bed patients, and long term care residents. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with medical center standards and guidelines established by the American Occupational Therapists Association in conjunction with regulatory requirements of both federal and state agencies.

Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, 8-hr Day shifts, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Located onsite at Providence Valdez Medical Center in Valdez, AK!

The successful candidate s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
