Shift: 3×12 Variable Shift

• Caregivers are not required to rotate between day and night shifts (rare exceptions may occur for urgent staffing needs).
• Assigned shifts will be either Days or Nights , based on facility needs at the time of start.

• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
• First-Time Travelers: Not accepted
• Patient Ratio: 1:20
• Certifications Required:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
• License:
  • Pending license accepted, provided the application has already been submitted
• On-Call Requirement: None
• Floating: Required within scope of practice to meet facility needs
• Block Scheduling: Not accommodated
• Local Candidates: Not accepted
  • Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
• RTO (Requested Time Off):
  • Little to no RTO permitted
  • Must be willing to work holidays
  • All RTO must be submitted at the time of submission
  • RTO will not be approved after an offer or once the contract is signed
• Guaranteed Hours:
  • 64 hours per 2-week period
  • Traveler may be called off for one 12-hour shift per 2 weeks

Housing:

• Facility-provided housing in typically 1-bedroom apartments
• Move-in available no earlier than 72 hours before contract start
• Move-out required within 24 hours after contract end
• Pets are not allowed
• Housing is intended for the traveler only; additional occupants require facility approval
• Housing must be cleaned upon departure or additional cleaning fees will be billed

Vehicle:

• Facility provides a shared-use, company-owned vehicle
• Vehicle available no earlier than 72 hours before start date and no later than 24 hours after contract end
• Only the traveler may operate the vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
• Traveler’s personal auto insurance must include rental car coverage
• Vehicle use limited to “around town” and within a 30-mile radius of the facility
• Vehicle must be returned during any time off and reissued upon return
• Tire chains available at additional cost to traveler
• Vehicle must be returned clean and with a full tank of gas
