3x12s – Days or Nights (no rotating but shift will be decided by facility after offer)

• Patient Ratio: 1:20

• Census: 21-bed facility

📋 Requirements

• RN with 1+ year LTC experience

• BLS(AHA) required

• Epic charting #11
