Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

• Bag groceries at check out, striving for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).
• Assist in removing customer's merchandise from bascarts for checkout.
• Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves, gather and return bascarts, and clean spills, trash inside and outside the store.
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise, understand store layout, and conduct price checks.
• Reinforce safety procedures, comply with safety programs, and report unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Inspect equipment regularly and report repair needs.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and assist with product inquiries.
• Follow all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced, stressful environments, manage conflicts, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist with customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
