Major Gifts Leader & Donor Relations Director

A nonprofit organization in Vail is seeking a Development Director to lead fundraising efforts and strengthen donor relationships. You will be responsible for creating and executing a multi-year fundraising plan, managing donor portfolios, and leading major fundraising events, including the Trails Forever fundraiser. The ideal candidate will have over five years of progressive fundraising experience, excellent proposal writing skills, and a deep passion for trail stewardship.

This role offers a compensation range of $70,000-$85,000 and various benefits.
