Front Desk Concierge - Lion - FTYR

Join our close-knit team as a Front Desk Concierge at The Lion
, a boutique property in Lionshead Village managed by East West Hospitality. This role blends guest service, property oversight, and concierge support, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of Front Desk responsibilities while working closely with Engineering and Housekeeping to create a seamless guest experience. You’ll enjoy a refreshing mix of time at the desk and time on property completing unit inspections—keeping your day active and varied.

Plus, by assisting owners with personalized Concierge services, you’ll have the opportunity to earn additional commission-based income. If you’re organized, dependable, and passionate about delivering standout service, this could be the perfect fit!

• Greeting and welcoming guests and owners
• Checking guests in and out while assisting with luggage and property tours
• Assisting guests and owners with concierge requests such as restaurant reservations, activities, transportation, and housekeeping requests

Pay Rate
: $23/ hour + commissions and any tips earned! Annual 10% bonus based on performance!

Schedule

Four 10 hour shifts, 8:00am - 6:00pm

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
• One year of guest service experience
• Excellent guest service skills
