Property Manager – Vail Mountain Lodging

East West Hospitality and Vail Mountain Lodging are hiring a
Property Manager
! In this role, you’ll support rental and homecare operations while serving as a key point of contact for owners, HOA members, and guests. You’ll oversee multiple homeowner associations and rental units, coordinate housekeeping and light maintenance, and partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service. Location: Vail Mountain Lodging– Managed by East West Hospitality (office out of Vail, Colorado)

Start Date: 2/1/2026

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Monday – Friday, weekends as needed

Pay Rate: $65,000-$72,000 annually, depending on experience

Minimum Requirements:

Our ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis and brings excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with knowledge of IQWare considered a plus.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have a basic aptitude for light maintenance and hands-on problem solving.
