Housekeeping Manager

About the role:

T his role assists the Director of Housekeeping to m anage the Housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to standard. Oversees the staff and activities of the Laundry/Valet Department ensuring that all Rooms and F&B linen, Guest Clothing and Employee Uniforms are cleaned on a timely basis.

What you will do:
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • The ability to assist in the supervis ion , discipline, and mentorship of s taff and convey clear instructions and guidance to staff and establish working relationships that attain a high level of effective employee morale.
  • The ability to participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes and ways to increase guest satisfaction and service standards.
What you bring:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience within Rooms Division, preferably within the housekeeping d epartment in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Must have working knowledge of computers and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
  • This role has direct contact with employees and guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity.
  • Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States. Prefer bilingual in Spanish.

Hours:
  • This is a full‑time position.
  • A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and the ability to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
