* Job Description:

** - Join a dynamic team responsible for providing exceptional care to antepartum and laboring patients throughout childbirth and recovery.

- Deliver family-centered care, supporting well newborns and the Level II Nursery.

- Collaborate with a dedicated team, including providers and staff, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

* Key Responsibilities:

** - Oversee daily patient flow to enhance care, safety, and satisfaction.

- Triage incoming patient requests for services efficiently.

- Educate patients to promote informed healthcare choices and optimal wellness.

- Delegate care appropriately, adherent to Colorado statutes.

- Demonstrate healthcare assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.

- Manage high volumes of patient requests for medications and information.

- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures while adhering to patient safety guidelines.

- Coordinate care with physician practices, Vail Health, and other providers to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Work independently with minimal supervision while delivering excellent service.

- Advocate for safety, patient preferences, and effective communication through Relationship-Based Care.

- Model principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.

- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all aspects of care.

* Experience:

** - One year of clinical experience required.

* Education:

** - Minimum of Associate Nursing Degree for positions hired after 07/01/2018.
** License(s) and Certification(s):** - Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state required.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification required.

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
