About the OpportunityVail Health is seeking an IT Support Technician to serve as a key resource for both on-site and remote technical support. This role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 assistance for all VVMC computer systems, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripheral equipment. The technician will play an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting users across the organization.
WhatYou Will Do
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for VVMC computer hardware, software, and applications.
- Monitor the ticketing system, prioritize requests, and resolve issues in alignment with established service level agreements.
- Configure, image, and deploy equipment including desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with IT staff on short-term projects such as PC installations, printer setups, hardware and software upgrades, and cabling tasks.
- Support off-site locations as needed, including participation in weekend and nightly on-call rotations.
- Oversee daily computer operations to ensure completion of routine tasks, including midnight processing and daily logs.
- Create new procedures and update existing documentation to reflect current processes.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and perform additional duties as assigned.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
Hourly Pay:
$27.80 - $38.36 USD
