Nurse Practitioner-Clinical Team Lead
Aspen Medical invites Nurse Practitioners to join our team to provide quality medical care to patients in the United States and around the world. This opportunity involves collaboration with team members to deliver competent and compassionate care to patients in Pima County, AZ.

• Assist in implementing site-specific operating procedures, medical plans, protocols, facility requirements, emergency procedures, audits, inspections, quality assurance, and other medical practice management tasks.
• Conduct quarterly, bi-monthly, and monthly audits as required.
• Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the clinics.
• Aid in the management of occupational rehabilitation and return to work.
• Prescribe medications within statutory and regulatory standards, limits, and conditions in accordance with employer policies and pharmacology principles.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records Systems to ensure accuracy and maintenance of all medical records; conduct regular audits of medical records.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting at the clinic at a Clinical Nurse Team Leader/NP level as required.
• Monitor the status of project personnel hospitalized in regional facilities as required.
• Ensure the main clinic dispensary is secured and a pharmacy management program is implemented.
• Support project programs and preventive medicine activities, including health education, well-being programs, and mental health well-being programs.

• Master s degree in nursing from an accredited program (ACEN or CCNE recognized).
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Be certified as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor (Mental Health First Aid America certification or equivalent).
• Occupational Health qualification or significant experience (certifications may be obtained through and sponsored by Aspen Medical).
• Experience and/or qualifications in emergency medicine, triage, and treatment.
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinic management experience in remote locations.
• Strong emergency medical/trauma care skills; proven occupational health qualification or equivalent experience in construction/industrial environments.
• Postgraduate Occupational Health qualification or significant experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
• Ability to implement site-specific procedures, policies, medical plans, and quality assurance activities.
• Experience conducting audits and managing clinic operations.
• Ability to accommodate Occupational Rehabilitation and return-to-work processes.
• Experience with health education and preventive medicine activities.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
