Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at the airport
Check-in passengers and their baggage
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their luggage
Assist passengers with special needs
Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries
Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks
Maintain accurate records of passenger information and flight details
Follow all safety and security procedures as per company guidelines Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
