Generate Logistics

Requisition Forms (LRF) in the portal and communicate with SCM for sending inquiries to transporters.
Coordinate with SCM for transporter finalization and liaise with transporters to ensure timely vehicle placement.
Prepare Transportation PRs, manage PR amendments, and generate E‑Way bills for port-to-project movements.
Process transportation invoices by creating Service Entry Sheets (SES), uploading them to the Navodaya portal, and resolving invoice-related queries.
Create detailed file notes and handle PO short closure activities, including closing unwanted transportation POs.
Monitor and track daily logistics operations to maintain smooth end-to-end supply chain performance.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for transportation, procurement, and invoicing processes.
Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and organizational logistics and SCM guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges and minimize delays.
Drive cost optimization by negotiating with transporters and improving logistics efficiency.
Coordinate actively with the Finance team to ensure on-time release of transporter payments.
Provide data, documentation, and detailed reports to support internal and external audits related to transportation and procurement.
