Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Botanist, located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Botanist will be responsible for conducting plant identification, performing fieldwork in marine and coastal environments, studying vegetation, and analyzing ecological aspects of seaweed. The candidate will collaborate with teams to develop and implement cultivation strategies and contribute to research initiatives to overcome challenges in the seaweed industry.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and expertise in Botany and Plant Identification
Experience in studying Vegetation and carrying out Field Work
Understanding of Ecology principles and their application
Excellent research and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in on-site environments
Experience in marine or coastal ecosystems is a plus
A degree in Botany or a related field required
