Project Title

Investigating the Role of Sodium Modulation in Enhancing Lenvatinib Sensitivity and Overcoming Lenvatinib Resistance in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells

Essential Qualifications

- M.Sc. in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology or any closely related discipline from a recognized university.

Desirable

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience in cancer cell line handling and drug treatment–based assays
- Hands-on experience in basic molecular biology techniques, including:
- RNA/DNA isolation
- qPCR
- Western blotting
- Minimum one year of research experience in:
- Mammalian cell culture
- Liver cancer/cancer biology research
- At least one research publication in a Scopus- or Web of Science–indexed journal
- Ability to perform data analysis, documentation, and report preparation
- Capability to work independently as well as in a team-based research environment

Nature of Work

The selected candidate will be engaged in experimental and analytical work related to cancer biology, including:

- Cell culture–based assays
- Drug sensitivity and resistance studies
- Data generation, analysis, and interpretation
- Assistance in manuscript writing and research reporting
- Supporting ongoing activities under a funded research project
