Ensure adherence to Preventive Maintenance schedules at the plant
Oversee Plant Maintenance and Machine Shop Maintenance activities
Manage Spare Part Planning, Procurement, and Inventory Cost Control
Plan for Critical Spares to avoid downtime
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) focusing on zero leakage at the shop floor and implementation of 5S practices
Manage Hydraulic and Pneumatics Maintenance operations
Monitor and improve Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) metrics
Required Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical (Full Time)
Experience:
13-15+ years in maintenance roles, preferably in plant/industrial environments
