Koch Engineered Solutions is looking for a Production Leader to join our team in Savli, Vadodara facility. In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing production team. You will drive excellence in safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and mutual benefit.

What You Will Do

Requirements:

Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and proactively address hazards to achieve zero incidents.
Drive and maintain high standards of product quality and process consistency.
Lead the implementation and sustainment of Lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
Stabilize processes and work practices to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Develop, coach, and empower team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Model strong leadership, effective communication, and positive team dynamics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and close performance gaps.
Support and drive transformation initiatives aligned with Koch's vision and values.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, and develop teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to be assertive yet respectful.

Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Ability to foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and mutual respect.
