Apply practical know how and experience to analyze and solve immediate routine and non-routine technical issues.

Overall resppnsible for Handling of Tool Planning in SAP environment.

BE Mechanical /CITD / IGTR/ NTTF with 5-7 years of experience in Tool Planning in SAP environment. Must have proficiency in working in Tool Manufacturing process

Develop work processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.

Develop working methods to optimize production in terms of time, cost and efficiency.

Maintain the master file data to support well-founded production and work planning.

Develop work schedule principles. Implement approved methods, procedures and tools in assembly work.

Monitor assembly by Operators and provide practical assembly training for new equipment.

Comprehend requirements and make appropriate recommendations.

Use specific equipment and/or a range of specialized tools and machines, and maintain functionality.

To look after tool Planning activity in Tool Room with SAP environment

Receiving of Order Package and convert into production order

Preparation of Routing of the tools

Demand Capacity calculation and confirmation of orders to internal customers

Arrangement of semi finished job from suppliers

Ensure the raw material availability in tool room

Ensure the Plan achievement in the function

Allignement with Internal customers
