POSITION SUMMARY

Being a part of very complex yet important process, the associate is responsible for reviewing the medical records, performing necessary action as per the process and taking the lien resolution to the further level. He/she will ensure that the correct information is captured, transcribed accurately and point out the process anomaly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing given responsibility with 100% accuracy

• Flexible enough to understand and work cross- functional

• Performing administrative duties following SOP and checklist ensuring 100% quality outcome.

• The candidate is expected to be well-organized and create a positive work environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

• Adhering to company policies/Company's principles and hence taking good care of Archer culture.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Graduation in any stream from recognized university

• Basic understanding of US culture,

• Basic understanding of organization culture and behavior

• 1 - 2 Years of experience into MNC or US/ EU based BPO / KPO.

• Typing speed of 30 WPM

• Basic knowledge of MS office applications like MS Excel, MS word and MS Power Point
