Job Description:

We are a growing  online coaching center  seeking a qualified and dedicated  Online Academic Mentor  to guide students through structured academic support, performance monitoring, and regular communication with parents in a virtual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage students' daily online study schedules and academic activities
Track and evaluate students' academic progress on a weekly basis using online tools
Conduct monthly virtual meetings with parents to discuss student performance and improvement strategies
Prepare and manage effective digital study timetables for students
Identify learning gaps and implement academic strategies to improve students' marks
Provide academic mentoring, motivation, and discipline support through online platforms

Working Hours:

11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred)
Experience in online teaching, mentoring, or academic counseling
Proficiency in using online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.)
Strong communication skills for virtual interaction with students and parents
Self-motivated, organized, and student-focused
