Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Senior International Counselor to join our expanding team at Career Craft Consultants. The position is full-time and based in multiple locations, including Vadodara, Anand, Ahmedabad, Bharuch, Surat, Rajkot, and Bhopal. As a Senior International Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students in their journey towards studying abroad, leveraging your skills in student counseling, visa processing, international admissions, and more.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in student counseling specifically related to international education and study abroad programs.
In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of visa processing and international admission procedures for top global institutions.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage student profiles, track interactions, and streamline communication processes.
Exceptional relationship management skills to effectively guide and support students and maintain partnerships with educational institutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, academic advisors, and visa specialists to provide holistic support to students.
Strong market research capabilities to stay updated with current trends and opportunities in international education.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way to students and parents.
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive counseling to students, guiding them through the entire international education process from application to enrollment.
Conduct detailed assessments of students' academic backgrounds and career objectives to recommend suitable programs and universities.
Assist students with the preparation and submission of university applications and required documentation.
Facilitate the visa application process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted timely.
Develop and nurture relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners to foster trust and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings, ensuring the best outcomes for students.
Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and education systems in target countries to provide accurate guidance.
Organize and participate in seminars, info sessions, and fairs to promote study abroad programs and services offered by CCC.
