Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Executive Management Assistant. The role involves providing executive-level support, preparing expense reports, coordinating communication and schedules, and handling administrative tasks. The Executive Management Assistant will also support leadership in their daily operations, ensuring seamless workflows and efficient task management.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
Proficiency in creating, managing, and auditing Expense Reports
Effective Communication and Collaboration skills
Experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and task management
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in office software and administrative tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
