Position summary
The project onboarding executive reports to the senior manager – operations and plays a key role in supporting project onboarding activities across multiple service lines, including lien resolution, claims administration, qsf, bankruptcy, and probate.
This role works closely with us-based project onboarding coordinators and leadership teams to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate execution of onboarding processes through strong coordination, data management, and operational support.
Key responsibilities
- collaborate with cross-functional teams (liens, bankruptcy, probate, qsf, data & investigation) to ensure seamless project onboarding
- ensure onboarding activities meet service level agreements (slas) and follow standard operating procedures
- maintain and update proprietary databases, including data entry, document uploads, and document generation
- perform deficiency reporting for onboarding-related documentation
- manage updates across additional operational databases as required
- learn and support billing functionality, including reviewing and maintaining billing rules for quality assurance
- assist with administrative and operational special projects as assigned
Required skills & qualifications
Technical & functional skills
- strong attention to detail and high level of professionalism
- excellent english verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in ms office (excel, word, outlook)
- working knowledge of sql and power bi (moderate to advanced preferred)
- experience participating in onshore / us stakeholder meetings
- strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively
