Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Review documentation requirements of an order and assigning orders to Document Controllers
- Handle documentation of Regional Orders (Asia / Europe / Americas) with Standard Documentation requirement
- Setting up ERP for all documentation orders and updating workflow based on documentation progress
- Monitor and action overdue documentation tasks using Power BI and updating Due Dates where necessary
- Sending weekly report of overdue documents to customers and internally to Document Controllers, Project Engineers and Project Managers using Master Document Control Index
- Update Master Document Control Index for all Document Transmittals
- Support Document Controllers to close final documentation and on any ad-hoc task related to updating documents

Learning and Exposure:

- Experience using CAD software such as Solid works, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook & ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Working with a global team and customers spread globally

Education:

- BE / BTech / BSc / BBA / BCom / BA or any equivalent qualification
