10 AM to 6:30PM
Salary: 35,000 Per Month

Our work goes beyond data entry — we focus on  clean books, strong reviews, payroll accuracy, and proactive client communication .
As we scale, we are looking for a  Senior Bookkeeper  who can own quality, mentor juniors, and act as a trusted point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end bookkeeping in Quick Books Online (Cash & Accrual)
Bank & credit card reconciliations
Payroll review (QBO, Gusto, ADP)
Sales tax handling (Manual, QBO, Tax Jar)
E-commerce accounting (Shopify, Square, Amazon)
Review & mentor junior bookkeepers
Client communication & calls
Proactively flag issues & improve processes

Eligibility Criteria:
✔

Education:

Master's Degree in Finance
✔

Experience:

3 to 5 years of  US bookkeeping
✔Payroll & sales tax experience
✔ E-commerce accounting exposure
✔ Good spoken & written English
✔ Ability to work independently
