Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and assisting with audits. Collaboration with team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to company policies will also be key to this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget preparation.
Knowledge of financial and accounting software with experience in managing accounts payable and receivable.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with tax regulations, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) is advantageous.
Prior experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus but not mandatory.
