H.B. Fuller is seeking a Warehouse Worker II to support safe and efficient material handling. This role ensures accurate order preparation, inventory control, and compliance with company procedures. You will collaborate with team members to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
Warehouse Worker II St. Paul Pilot Facility FirstShift: 8:00a - 4:30p Rate of Pay: $23.00-$25.00/hr based on experience Primary Responsibilities
- Follow all work instructions and safety rules
- Perform internal product transfers and stock rotation
- Store items per established procedures and maintain compliance
- Load/unload trucks and containers; inspect for damage
- Prepare and stage orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate freight pickups and maintain documentation
- Complete daily equipment checklists and report defects
- Keep work area and equipment clean and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year warehouse or material handling experience
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Prior SAP experience
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- DOT/IATA certification or knowledge
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
