School Bus Assistant:
Transportation, Job No 26-3279, Vacaville Unified School District, Vacaville, CA.
The job of School Bus Assistant is to provide support within the student transportation services area with responsibilities for assisting in ensuring the safe transport of special education students over scheduled routes and/or to/from special excursions; assisting with enforcing rules, regulations, and laws to maintain safety during transport; and assisting in ensuring the safety of special education students during transport, loading and unloading from buses.
This position reports to the Director of Transportation.
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License & Evidence of Insurability
- Criminal Background Clearance
- Tuberculosis Clearance
$20.59-$25.19
Length of Work Year180 days
