Full-Time & Part-Time Operators

We are currently on the lookout for experienced CDL licensed Part‑Time and Full‑Time Bus Drivers to join our elite team in Vacaville, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Position:
Full‑Time OR Part‑Time (CBA Position)

• Pay: $18.00 – $29.50 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay Scale). Starting pay $18.00 with progression to $29.50 over 5 years.
• Full‑Time Benefits: 40 hours CA Sick (after 90‑day Probation);
  Holidays – 8 days (6 Regular – 1 Floating – 1 Birthday); vacation accrual; 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disability.
• Part‑Time Benefits: 40 hours CA Sick (after 90‑day Probation);
  Holidays – 8 days (6 Regular – 1 Floating – 1 Birthday).

• Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all.
• Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Valid CDL required.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions; 100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
