** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and observe for compliance with site regulations, particularly in areas where chemicals or petrochemical processes are present.

+ Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.

+ Communicate clearly with site personnel and/or emergency responders as required during incidents or drills.

+ Remain alert to environmental and operational hazards that may be unique to chemical or petrochemical locations.

+ Participate in site-specific training and maintain knowledge of emergency and evacuation procedures relevant to the location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
