• Ensure all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Be part of the store leadership team and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• What You’ll Do – Open and closing routines, product knowledge & brand awareness, business understanding, proactive thinking, attention to detail, register/POS use, asset protection, visual displays, system skills, and work schedule requirements.

• Schedule varies weekly with at least 12–16 hours per week; required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak times to support business needs.

The starting rate for this position is $19.25 per hour (recruiting pay range $19.25–$19.25); rates may be modified in the future.
