The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the ASM you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will provide support to the Store Manager, instrumental to the delivery of our success in store. Spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside the team to drive sales.

• Spend quality time on the sales floor, engage with customers, and work with the team to drive sales.
• Embrace the store culture with passion for the brand, and act as a brand ambassador.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real-time feedback, and empower the team to meet KPI goals.
• Foster authentic connections with customers to build brand loyalty and create memorable shopping moments.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of seasonal and core staff, including Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Results-oriented leader with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking and a track record of delivering positive results.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale systems.
• Age 18 or older with ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.

CA: $29.00 per hour - $32.50 per hour commensurate with experience
