Job Overview

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. We are looking for Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandisers to support the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining displays. You will represent world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal  (required for access to a federal facility).
• Have a positive and professional attitude, be self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Be able to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Be able to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, meeting physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs (occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs).
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Vacaville, CA (primary location) and within 25 miles of Fairfield, CA (secondary location).
• Schedule availability required: open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Hourly compensation ranges from $16 to $17.50 based on relevant experience.
