Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience — drive exceptional customer service and engagement.
  • Drives Sales — analyze the business and contribute to sales results.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment — support seamless omnichannel operations.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision — maintain presentation and supervise sales floor activities.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations — oversee daily store operations and stock processes.
  • Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management — support staffing and scheduling needs.
  • Training and Development — lead training and development for team members.
  • Communication — facilitate clear communication within the store team.
  • Asset Protection — support loss prevention and asset protection efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

The starting rate for this position is $25.00 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $25.00- $25.00 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
