Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T0827) rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.25 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and resolve guest concerns
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events
• Know the tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
• Promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and enrollment as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately in compliance with safety standards
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality
• Explain and demonstrate Target App features, Wallet, and other services (Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering)
• Assist with returns following policies and escalate to leadership as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; report hazards as appropriate
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up, and returns while adhering to relevant laws
• Perform other duties as needed

• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds with assistance as needed
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required
• Ability to remain mobile for scheduled shift length
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions as duties require
