The Sales Supervisor is a dynamic role that bridges the gap between sales and management. You will engage in direct sales while assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing store operations. This role fits those passionate about retail, sales‑driven, and ready to take on leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Excellence:
Actively engage in selling products, understanding customer needs, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. - Team Support:
Support the SM and ASM in managing the store team, including helping with training and development. - Operational Assistance:
Assist in daily store operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. - Customer Service:
Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing customer questions and resolving issues promptly. - Inventory Management:
Help manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and ensuring product availability. - Visual Merchandising:
Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and product displays. - Performance Tracking:
Help monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store targets.
- 1‑2 years of experience in retail sales or a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership potential with a team‑oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management.
- High school diploma required; some college or retail management training preferred.
