Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) s role is typically part-time and involves delivering a strong guest experience, visual merchandising, and efficient store operations to support sales.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Manage truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and capacity merchandising.
• Execute backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signage for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by returning merchandise from the fitting room and guest service to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws.
• Greet guests and engage to help solve their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.

• Strong interest in apparel products and accessories and a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and technology as directed.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently or with a team, and capability to resolve guest questions quickly.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and time frames.

• Accurate cash handling as needed; ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely; ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Mobility for the duration of the shift.
