MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, North Pointe Apartments, located in Vacaville, CA!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

• Build and train the property team
• Market the property to attract residents
• Oversee and maintain the operating budget
• Manage all operational tasks to ensure the property thrives

• Must have RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community
• Supervisory/management experience a must
• Team building and effective management skills a must
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success
• Must have a valid driver s license and proof of insurance
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties

• Salary: $95,000-$98,000 annually
• Monthly and performance-based incentive bonuses
• Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year
