Family Pet Hospital located in Vacaville, CA was founded in 1991. The goal at Family Pet Hospital is to provide high quality, compassionate, full-service health care to patients. Family Pet Hospital is looking for an experienced, thoughtful Veterinarian Medical Director to help guide our team and shape the future of our practice. The clinic is spacious and fully equipped with in-house digital radiographs and ultrasound, in-house comprehensive laboratory, regenerative medicine, and an advanced surgery suite including orthopedic procedures, and more.

• Practice type:
  Small Animal General Practice
• Avg. daily patient volume: ~14 per DVM
• Support staff ratio: ~4-5 per DVM
• Case mix:
  Preventative wellness, urgent care, routine general practice, orthopedic and soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry
• Technology & equipment:
  Ultrasound, digital x-rays, in-house labs, laser, Vcheck
  200, and in-house diagnostic toolkit for T4, CPL, ProBNP, Progesterone, with capabilities for more

• $180k - $200k annual salary (doe) + production bonus

You are a veterinarian who is:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and client-education skills
• Experience managing multi-doctor practice or current work as Lead Veterinarian, Chief of Staff, or Medical Director strongly encouraged
