Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full‑Time

Vacaville, CA

$28.00 – $32.00/hour (DOE)

Shifts Available: AM or PM

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) supports the health and well‑being of individuals by administering medications, performing nursing procedures, monitoring health conditions, and advocating for individuals in alignment with their Individual Program Plans (IPP).

• Administer medications following the Five Rights of Medication Administration
• Perform nursing procedures including injections (IM, insulin), g‑tube feedings, colostomy care, wound care, and breathing treatments
• Monitor and assess individuals for changes in behavior, health status, or signs of infection
• Take and document vital signs and conduct basic head‑to‑toe assessments
• Attend medical appointments and communicate changes or concerns with physicians
• Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Respond appropriately to behavioral episodes using CPI techniques
• Complete daily documentation and report incidents or concerns
• Participate in community outings and activities with individuals
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License (required)
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
• CPR/First Aid and CPI certification (required)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid California Driver’s License
• Ability to pass all pre‑employment requirements, including a background check
