• Build authentic relationships with members and staff
• Lead a high-performing team with empathy and energy
• Drive membership growth through service—not sales pressure
• Keep the gym clean, safe, and welcoming
• Manage budgets and operations with excellence
• Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example
• Perform daily cleaning tasks (at least half of each shift is dedicated to cleaning)
• Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to new leads and members
• Give tours and help guests choose the right membership
• Respond to member questions in person, by phone, and by text/email
