Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Finance team and help keep our engineering and manufacturing projects on track. In this role, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor project timelines and budgets, and provide clear, actionable updates to leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a newly created position, support multiple projects simultaneously, and play a key role in driving efficiency and alignment across the organization.

- Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using established project management tools.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to gather updates, ensure alignment, and communicate next steps.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all plans, reports, and supporting materials are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports, including timelines, risks, action items, and budget summaries.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Support budget tracking and cost monitoring activities in partnership with Finance and Accounting team.
- Ensure projects follow internal processes, compliance requirements, and company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen project management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, and/or technical product environments.
- PMP certification preferred; equivalent project management training or experience considered.
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including timelines, sequencing, dependencies, and risk identification.
- Experience using project management tools such as Gantt charts, scheduling software, or workflow management systems.
- Ability to track and interpret budget data, cost drivers, and spending in partnership with Finance/Accounting.
