As a store team member you’ll operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare pizzas, take and process telephone orders, manage inventory, and keep the facility clean. The role involves a mix of customer service, basic math, and light physical tasks. Training is provided on the job.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and assemble pizza dough.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Perform orientation and on‑job training.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers.
• Use basic math to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
• Provide correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for fast and accurate movements.

• Accurate cash handling and correct monetary change.

• Motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise and rapid movements.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash or performing outside tasks.

• Cramped quarters such as walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

• Standing, walking, and occasional climbing of stairs or ladders.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs with hand truck; carrying large cans and trays (up to 30 lbs).
• Carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, and crouching as required.
• Frequent reaching, both above and below shoulder height.
• Use of hands and fine motor skills for dough shaping, pizza stuffing, and box assembly.
• Use of basic tools such as pizza cutter, peel, and rolling cutter.

• Deliver product by car to customer door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate multi‑story buildings.
• Close proximity driving skills for navigating adverse terrain.
